I believe areas in the northwest territories, newfoundland etc, we ship using United States Postal which does not allow us to prepay customs. I've ordered from cutesygirl.com quite a few times and everything from payment, customer service and the product is great. I just received my lastest shipment a few days ago. But the first two times I ordered, FedEx sent me a bill for duties/customs about a week or so after my package. So my question is, what are the major regions because I've had to pay customs twice. I'm from Vancouver by the way. Now I'm just waiting to see if another bill comes my way for my latest shipment.
