i stay awake till liek 4am (because i procrasinate) if i have a project the next day
i can do all nighters fine, as long as i don't get caught by my parents since i still live with them
the best all nighter i pulled one day, was right before my 30min run for a fitness test, and surprisingly i was really awake that day and the all nighter actaully HELPED me
