she just bleaches and uses punky colour from shoppers drugmart.. lol I don't know why people actually pay because it fades so fast too like within a month. its not that hard to do it yourself I have done it many times. Just buy bleach from the drugstore, put it where you want it, let it go to at least an orange and then throw a crazy colour on top, shows up really well.
