They Have discontined Urban Decay. Try Ebay you might be able to find it. I recommend using Gel eyeliner, it's easy to use and it lasts forever and doesn't smudge. (it's not really a gel but more creamy but called gel liner. you can this at Bobbi Brown at Holts or MAC. Pencil liners are meant to be smudged.
