hey everyone, i need some help .. im going to ngoc and nga sometime this week to get my hair done, who do you recommend to do hair? like platinum blonde and probably a funky colour aswell AND! im going to be bussing from richmond .. does anyone know how i can get to ngoc and nga by bus? what bus do i take? :) thanks !
