Except you-know-who wanted to pay with PayPal and then meet in person. I've been selling and buying online for a few years now, and PayPal/shipping transactions are quite common on sites like Soompi, Laundro, HF, etc. I haven't had any problems with those. As long as you have proof of shipping, it should be fine.
Anyways, what kind of items was DTP selling? I recently got scammed by someone in BC as well but luckily I paid with credit card (via PayPal). I'm thinking it *might* be the same person but I'm not entirely sure.
