I was there with my friend who got her hair colored. My friend said Ngoc & Nga does good color but they don't give a sh*t about hair breakage from being too heavily peroxide or from being under the heater thing too long. I recommend not being under the heater too long. Just insist that you don't wanna be under the heater too long.
