Listen, I used to be a manager for Abercrombie Kids (which is the same company as A&F and Hollister and all have the same policies) You can totally return that coat if you're not happy. That shouldn't happen, especially since Hollister and A&F love to discuss how high quality their stuff is (which is b.s). Take the coat back with your receipt if you still have it. Be nice and let them know the issue with the coat and how disappointed you are. If they do not want to take it back (which is rare) ask for a manager and stand your ground. They should take it back. Without a receipt they will give you store credit. If not make them give you the corporate complaint line and make a big stink out of it. They will help you out. Good luck
