here's my lazy morning ritual:

get up around 12-1 pm.
brush teeth
check e-mail
have a cup of Matcha green tea
work out on my recumbent bike
weight training
1/2 hr aerobics
shower
makeup 15 mins max
eat lunch
out the door!
