I've actually worked in a lot of different environments, and to me, money is important, but the job environment is important too. Whats the point of stressing yourself over work and going to work if you don't ever feel like going because you don't want to be treated like crap.. I guess I'm just going to keep looking because I'm sick of putting up with bad management. I'm not a little girl any more I can put up with a lot, but verbal abuse can be very offensive.. and I'm not going to put up with that.
