Thanks for teaching me a lesson that , I should never meet you ALONE.
Because, i know i was gonna meet you @ oakridge and you were gonna meet me @ oakridge then switched places; THINKING that i will be taking transits myself?

what happended: meet up to trade phones , my phone was a touchscreen w668 Song , pink with 3.2 mp camera; her phone was k1 & juicy suit. I was interested more in cash ''' so i told her that she can either add cash or i wont do the trade' So, today i was suppose to get the trade with her @ oakridge mall, she didn't show up and turned out that she haven't even step out of the house. Then, she phoned and told me she might be late and I was like.. well then FINE. ill be eating @ main and 35th. So, i went to eat WITH my BOYFRIEND now .. and afterwards' she phoned me and told me that she was waiting for me @ main and 41st and i said I can not meet at any BUS STOPS. So, chevron was our best bet, and we choose to meet there, the food was ready so I asked my boyfriend to go there and trade with her. Wrote him a list of things i should recieve and told him to show her how to use it etc' and what i should be getting from her. My boyfriend then drove to main and 41st's chevron and waited for her to show up then, she and her younger guy friend or little brother showed up and brought all these items; yes, she did give me PARTIAL of the items however, the most important and expensive thing and the cash ain't there. While my boyfriend was checking the items and still havent hand over the CELLPHONE of mine, she was like " oh no the cab is GONE." apparently, she came with TRANSIT and called the cab earlier to wait for her outside of where we are meeting. Then, when my bf saw partial of the trades , he offfered to show her the phone and teach her how to use it and she said she wants to see it ? So, he showed her and then she started to say to her younger friend/bro that omy the cab is gone... and stuff.. " and When my bf opened the Z3 box. there was no phone nothing. no charger.. & turns out that, she was giving my bf the fraud and then she just ran for her life. However, since she accidently phoned me with her home phone before, i got her address and stuff and i got everyything of her contact information. Then, after that she ran and my bf kept on chasing her and she and the yuonger friend/bro split into two ways, my bf was chasing after her and she hid in the corner and my bf saw her and phoned me before chasing telling me to phone police and then when my bf saw her , he was already on the phone with police and then afterwards. that girl lied and said that the money is on the other side of the fence?
& she ran again but giving him the EMPTY box without my phone w668 SONG in it . which worth 300 $ + Also, pushed a brick onto my boyfriends arm and hurt him and he has midterms this wednesday and its the midterms for the most important subject for him.... :( finance... sighs!!!
and ; afterwards''' i came from a cab to the chevron. i felt really sorry for my bf ,, cause he shouldn't have taken all those .. =\ ....... And the police came , took down statements and stuff.. and they went to her house and told her mom that she have bene doing tthat , and till now 11:40 PM , she's still not home and the police said that they were only able to do something called "DIVERSION PROGRAM" eventhough my bf's arm is injured and cant even write his midterm? I mean, shouldn't i get my phone and at least COMPENSATION? We asked to take charge on her. But, fuond out that she is actually 13 YEARS OLD. SO, she's a juvenille. = ="

So, results in - Able to get my phone back HOWEVER I DONT THINK I SHOULD GET MY PHONE BACK BUT I SHOULD GET MONEY FOR THE PHONE SINCE SHE HAVE BEEN USING MY PHONE WHEN ITS SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW @ THE FIRST PLACE. AND , SHE SHOULD GIVE MY BF COMPENSATION . CAUSE''' FINANCE AT UBC FOR MIDTERMS IS MUCH IMPORTANT THAN THE phone,. personally; if she didnt hurt my BF . then i won't really care much or charge her or anything . BUT, the point that , my boyfriend cantt do his midterm and he have been stressing .. makes me WORRIED . and feel stressful & extreme sorryyyyyy..
