Re: SCAM; meeting up result in being fraud.
From a legal standpoint (please note this is NOT official legal advice and you should consult a lawyer), you may want to remove anything in your post that refers to this girl's personal information. If you are planning on pressing charges against her for theft, fraud, or assault or any combination, you will want to avoid any chance to have her counter-sue you. Your post could be deemed defamation of character or slander if any of it is not true and she could sue for damages in the form of monetary compensation for her ruined reputation. In addition, she has a right to privacy. You may notice that when young offenders are charged with a crime, their names are not released to the public. Their personal information is protected. By posting information about her email address, her phone number and her address you are violating her right to privacy.
I understand you are trying to warn other people in the mallvibes community and probably elsewhere about the possibility of theft or fraud, but you are also violating this girl's right to privacy and basically to a fair trial. As Ryeguy said, she has had no chance to defend herself against these allegations.
