Most, if not all, of you probably have a job. You know how hard it is sometimes when customers walk in and are total jerks to you for no apparent reason.

I must RANT this one out because it pissed me off so effin much.

I was at customer service today, doing what i'm supposed to do. I rang a couple purchases through, and this one girl mumbled something under her breath, which sounded like "these are school supplies"

now when someone says that, I'm supposed to make sure that the school supplies that are non taxable, become non taxable. So I charged her one tax for these pens. So there I was all happy and feeling good about the day, when suddenly a short plump woman comes up to the counter with 2 girls. One of them being the girl I gave "one tax" exempt to. She asked why I charged one of the girls 2 tax, while the other 1 tax for the same pens. I replied "because one of them didn't tell me, and the other one did." The lady turned to one of the girl and asked if she had asked for one tax, and she shook her head "no".

That didn't bother me, so I smiled and explained that I can return the item and buy it back for her for 1 tax. Ok instead of saying "oh okay cool thanks" or whatever a nice lady would say, she rants on in english, saying "yea this daughter is younger! she should have one tax too! look at them they're the same height!" and "if youre going to do it do it right." Yea tell me all that you want it tax exempted after 5 minutes of buying it.

While i'm ringing the things through for the return, she started speaking in chinese, making all these rude remarks, as if i didn't understand what the eff they were saying. i'm pretty tall compared to other girls. (5'9 to be exact) and the daughters were around 5'3? ish. so shes speaking in chinese "wow why is she so tall, is she standing on something" she looks around the desk and goes "so 'fkin' tall" *note these are roughly translated from chinese*

By that time I was annoyed and pissed off. Why would you say something so stupid like that? She said it in a way that sounded like she was criticizing for the fact that I was tall. I just wanted to yell in her face for being such a f****n b**ch, but i decided to hold it in because you know CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.

I can't do a return for one tax without actually returning the money first, and they paid with cash. So I typed some stuff in and poof out comes the till. This time, the woman says "wow do you have to really give us our money back" (still in chinese)

I finished through the transaction, and at the end one of them had to sign the return. yet again the rude lady was like "she needs a signature too!?" (chinese)

I can tell they were being jackasses to me because the mom was whispering stuff to her daughter's ear and giggling and shat.

This is what pisses me off the most. Cashiers arent fkin dogs. we aren't any fkin different than anyone else. stop treating us like fkin shiat. i hope that woman burns in hell. it was one of the worst customer experiences ever.

PS: i'm chinese myself, 100 percent chinese. so i dont get why she would speak in chinese and think that i wont fkin understand she's saying.

PSS: if you're reading this and you happen to be one of the daughters, tell your mom to lock herself in her room and not have any contact with other people because the way she treated me was unacceptable to society.
