whoa. u know wut. if a customer is treating me badly, i won't serve them. cuz they disrespect me.

a customer called me a BITCH on christmas day. crazy eh? jus because the wine he bought wasn't in the system, and when i found the price. it was higher than he thought it was.

i was pissed off so i told him that he's not gonna get what he needs for christmas and i took his stuff and put it on the floor where my cashier stand was LOL muahaha. take that jerk!. my manager wouldn't serve him either (there was only 2 cashiers that day). my manager told him that the only way he would get service was to apoligize to me. when he apoligized i teared up. i dunno why. im normally not a sissy emotional person either. maybe it was the fact he actually had a heart felt apology and he explained why he hated xmas...
