Chill girl. Just don't click on that link. If you don't have a paypal account what do you have to worry about! Those paypal scams happen all the time. The dead giveaway that this email is bogus is on the bottom where it says if you didn't authorize this click the link to get a full refund. Paypal never gives refunds like that. In order to get a refund with paypal you'd have to file a buyers complaint and then paypal reviews your complaint and THEN decides whether to give u a refund or not. The whole process takes over a month.

So just don't click the link, delete the email and don't worry about it. Just trust me on this.

update: ok you just clicked on the link? ok then I can't help you. The damage is done unfortunately. The bad guys got you to do what they wanted you to do.
