So I just got a new bebe top .. SO nice... but..
one of the rhinestones on it is half falling off...and i JUST got it today!!

kay the thing is, i bought that top with a gift card and i dono what they do about exchanges/refunds...

so my questions are :

1. how do u make sure that one rhine stone doesnt fall off?
2. how do u put that rhinestone back on? half of it is already off

3. what will they do about the fact that i purchased the item through a gift card?
