You can't just start using it today, april 1. It's an american company obviously and the all-access points are redeemed via coupons, so you have to wait until they send it to your house. This takes about 2-3 weeks for Canada.

Also on ae.com there's an all-access pass link. Make sure you wrote the right address on the form or else you're not getting anything. They allllways make mistakes too b/c all the info you people write on the cards are entered in by hand and most of the customer service reps are down south so if you wrote "Poco" instead of Port Coquitlam, it often doesn't go in and alot of people miss out on points!
