i used to love wearing flipflops esp. since i came from the philippines where its the only practical thing to wear cause of the weather (well crocs too but... uhm... yah... haha no offense to croc lovers out there)

but i can't wear them anymore cause it made my plantar fasciitis (sp??) where my feet arch wasn't being supported and it was starting to affect my heels and posture

just don't wear flip flops all the time cause it'll come back to haunt you eventually. now i just wear flats with arch support inside and sandals with arch support
