Does anybody have a LG Shine KE970?

I cracked my screen and my contacts weren’t saved to my screen.. so I want to try import my contacts back into my sim card. If you have a Shine, can you please please give me the steps to import contacts from PHONE TO SIM? The menu has buttons (EXAMPLE: 6: set up > 2: call settings > 5: Ring Type, etc.) so I’m hoping to just do it blindly by pressing the keypad.
