Yes, the Vancouver International Children's Festival is from May 12 - 19. Hours vary.

I also agree with bombshell regarding her suggestions. Scienceworld is great - check their website for the exhibits and other stuff happening now: http://www.scienceworld.bc.ca/

Granville Island is great, and Metrotown would be fun to cuz of all the different stores.

I personally would vote for lasertag (or paintball tag - that's fun too).
