I worked at an employment centre for students and I really recommend that you go to ask them for help. They give free help on writing resumes and cover letters along with preparing for interviews. They have computers in the office and the staff can sit down with you and help you create a resume. Find your nearest office as listed on the website below. They are all over the place. Most of the students they help are just like you.

As for not having a lot of work experience, not all resumes focus on work/volunteer experience. There are also ones that focus on work-related skills you may have. You can get useful skills from many things, for example - group projects at school may make you a good team player which is important in a lot of part time jobs.
My advice is to look at the job you are applying for and to think about what the employer wants from his/her employees. Think about how you may have developed some of those skills throughout your life - they dont always have to be work-related.
