If you can speak a bit of Chinese there is a great tailor in the Robson Public Market. I was talking to him today and he said he worked as a patternmaker in HK and here when he came to Canada. He said he could sew something up as long as you gave him measurements and bought your own material.

I have a favorite coat I want to have copied as its kind of worn out. Also he said if you show him something in a magazine he can try to copy it. He is really a nice guy and does good alterations for me.
