As for the newspaper delivery experience, there are plenty ways that you can make it sound interesting, such as relating it to your reliability (delivering papers consistently on time), your ability to be a team player (if you deliver with your friends), your ability to work under pressure and meet goals under a deadline (if you have many assigned locations to deliver).

If you can relate all of these attributes to yourself with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, there aren't any jobs you can't get =) Remember to hand in the reference at the end, because that's the only way the employer can be certified that you will be a good employee.
