For a cut under $20, my cousin who lives in Langley goes to this place called "Vera's hair salon"[ or someting like that]. It's in Langley City near the Casino & Library
Near Willobrook Mall/Across from Superstore there's this korean hair cut place [by ReMax building?] which i've heard is pretty good ; under $30.
