i just got a application form and there's some things i'm unsure of how to fill out.

1) what do i write in "salary desired"?
2) i'm currently attending high school, do i leave post-secondary blank?
3) what do i write for "subjects studied/degree", if i haven't completed high school yet?
4) for references, there's a part where you put the reference's company. if my reference's doesn't what a company, what do i write?
5) do i write my voluteer work in "former employers" box if there isn't a previous work experience box?
6) on sunday and saturday, i'm avaliable the whole day, what should i write?
