for some reason i am so surprised that many of us don't know how to fill out an application form. i really thought they would teach that in hs... especially career prep.

1. if this is your first job write down around the minimum wage. you don't want to ask too much and not get it or too little that they pay you less. and if you do have job experience write down what you are actually looking for or what you have hear other employees getting.

2. just fill out the higschool part since you are not in post secondary yet.

3.you don't write anything for subjext studied/degree because you are not in post secondary and not taking something specific.

4. (don't understand the question)

5. it usually says volunteer/work experience in the same area...

6. either write "anytime" or "flexible"
