um, from what my friend told me a while ago.. the discount is 30% off. and they have like a book of things they get for a cheaper price... kind of like promos for the employees. for example, they'd get a shirt for like $10 or whatever. and also, every month or something they get to pick a shirt, a pair of pants and accessory for a certain price. but, don't count me on that. haha.

also, for wages.. i believe its starting $8.. then after a certain time period (it was either 3 months or 6 months) you'll get a raise of 50cents.

however, the information may not be 100% accurate haha. it'd be better if you ask someone who works there.
