Hmm if you're not hearing anything from them you should keep on pestering them.
I ordered make up there years ago when they first opened the site but I threw it all away! I kept some of the brushes though and I use it for my paint pots and stuff. I ordered one make up case there but I got free shipping because of a promo.
They've never screwed up my orders before so I guess I'm lucky. I won't be buying anything else from them though.
