i got my hair cut twice at one salon in china town..i believe it was $12/$13 without tips. it was okay, nothing i had to complain about :) my bangs were the right length and my hair was nicely layered& even
theres five salons there, its the one where theres 3 in a row, with black and white checkered floors & closest to RBC
