it depends what position you get though.
some people just forklift/move the errr..lumber
others are 'greenbelters' whom have to lift wood+stack~or something like that.
[i remember going there a few times when i was younger i forgot why though

i know/my family knows quite a few people who didnt even finish high school and work there so i guess not.?
