What are the best places to get your haircut for under $25?

I'd say Chura

Chura costs more than $25 per cut if you include taxes and tips doesn't it? Or do you mean just the cut itself?

^ unless they raised they price, a cut at chura is $26.50 with taxes. i definitely recommend chura too. their stylist are really professional and their pricing is cheap compared to other salons. most salons i know, haircuts are around $40.

didnt they raise the price to 28 at chura?

^ that's what i heard but i haven't been there recently and they didn't change the price on their site.

Chura is like.. $29 plus tax.
But still a decent price, compared to all the other good salons out there..

does it have to be under $25 >< most good salon are OVER $25.

if you want to UNDER $25.. they cut kind of bad. -- ;; i went to salon once and i paid $8.. and my hair got screwed up == its not how i wanted too.. and my bangs are SUPER SHORT its like i dont have any bangs at all... i wanted up to my eyebrows.. == so yeah..

Definately Chura!

I once went to this hair school on Broadway. It was super cheap for a cut, shampoo, and blowdry, like well under $10 and I tipped 50%. I was happy enough with it. They have increased their prices, $10 now. All sorts of pple go there. Here's their site:
