anyone have any beauty tips?

ill go first.

A) cotton pillow cases are better for your face.

B) vaseline works for everything! dry skins, pimples, longer eyelashes, redness, and so much more.

C) baby oil can work just like mascara

D) to get soft and smooth face (face mask)
1. 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp of milk mixed together. massage into face for one minute and wash off.

2. rub egg whites only on your face. leave it on for a few minute and wash it off.

E) putting ice on your eyebrows before tweezing will make it less painful.

F) your pimple will go right away when you apply apple cider vinegar on your pimple

- mixing sugar & olive oil together into a paste makes a great body exfoliant - just don't slip in the tub!
(the oil will soften the skin, the sugar will slough off dead skin cells)

*actually a silk pillow case is better for your skin & hair than any other fabric. since silk is smooth, it will cause less wrinkles on your face & your hair will just slide around as you sleep rather than get tangled.

- rubbing used, warm coffee grounds into your "cellulite" areas (thighs...butt) daily, will reduce the appearance of cellulite as good as any of those creams out there...because their main ingredient is caffeine

it doesnt make the eyelashes grow right away. but once it falls out and grows out a new ones, theyre longer. i dont know how that works but i just works. i think its something about the oil. olive oil or lanoline also works too but the majority of people use vaseline. celebrities use vaseline on their eyelashes.

do you put the coffee grounds right on your cellulite areas or in a bag or something before you place it on your cellulite areas?

just put them into a bowl after making your morning coffee and into the bathroom....place news papers or something on the ground and rub away.
then clean it up.

you don't want this stuff going into your plumbing.

apparently a lot of models use technique.

G) cucumber slices or tea bags minimize the puffiness around the eyes

H) dont wash your face too much or you could over activate oil glands and cause more breakouts

I) rinse hair with cold water after shampooing and conditioning to close the cuticles and it will make it shiny

J) the nails like very other part of the body have muscles that need to be toned and exercised on a normal basis. these simple tips will turn your nails from brittle bitties to tender talons.
1. balance a pencil on the edge of your nails and do 16 lifts.
2. placing your fingers (tips first on the desk) push up. Repeat 46 times.
3. acknowledge that they may have a problem.
4. for the nail cardio hold right arm straight over a table, tuck all fingers in save index and middle fingers. Place these on the table and make then
run. once you are comfortable with this action. repeat the steps with
the left arm until the left hand is chasing the right. (You may wish to
tie yourself to a chair as this activity can be quite frenetic). incorporate
the other fingers by wiggling them.
5.do this exercise for 15 minutes every morning and for an hour and 3 seconds every evening.
6. before you go to bed apply a paste of mashed avocado and slip on some white Egyptian cotton gloves.
7. avoid any activity that requires your hands.

K) put lotion on your feet and sleep in socks and when you wake up in the morning your feet will be nice and soft.

L) dark eyes look great in grays, blues, purples, and greens. light eyes look great in brown, taupe and bronze shades

I think it's best to do as little to your face/body as possible. Don't cake your face with heavy concealer, don't use artifically scented lotions, don't use too many hair products or dye it too much. As well as don't wash your face or hair too often. Keep everything neat and clean, but don't overdo! Organic products are always better...

the finger excersises soudn hilarious! next thnig you know, your boyfriend might walk into the room and star at your fingers runnig up and down your deskXD
