food for the body

So what kind of food do you have to eat to get: clear skin, smooth skin, shiny hair, nail growth/strengthner, smooth lips, etc?

What ever you know would be helpful for all =)

ie. carrots = better eye sight
water = not dry skin

Re: food for the body

im kind of a health freak, so i avoid as many processed foods as possible. I have a juicer so i juice different fruits and vegetables everyday...and take a multi-vitamin, a vitamin D every other day, and a Natural Factors Eye vitamin.

what kind of juicer do you have? I have always wanted those good ones that they have on the infomercials or like at orange julius, but instead i have the crappy one that they compare it too. the exact same one that leaves alot of juice in the pulp! >.<

Re: food for the body

actually i ordered a juicer from one of those infomercials a few years ago and it was SUCH poor quality, it kept shaking like crazy when i juiced even an apple...after that i dont think il be buying anything from infomercials...., so then my mom bought one from sears i believe, and its great, its sturdy and leaves very little pulp to clean out....well at least your juicing bombshell...its a healthy habit to get into...but check out sears or the bay for their juicers (the moderately expensive ones juice the best)
