good place to dye hair black with blue streaks underneath?

well.. the title is pretty self explanatory. i wanna dye my hair jet black and blue streaks underneath. any place you guys would reccommend? i was thinking ngoc nga, but i'm still not sure.
any suggestions are appreciated

Jet black hair looks realllly fake. Just a head up, i seen people dye it before and it looked unnatural.

I have a few friend who had virgin hair and they wanted their hair more black.

i have non-virgin hair.. haha. my mom's a hairdresser so i've gotten my hair dyed before. i want to try a salon this time
^ and is it weird that i like the fake-ness of jet black hair? well not.. wig hair but the fact that it's like a bit bluish black. haha
so ngoc nga is good?

no its not weird wig looking. i think jet black & fusion blue it hott. ive had it before :D
