I got it done at Sacred Heart (on west 10t) by Paul. They take a $20 deposit fee which is included in the final cost...the cost for my tattoo was $110.00..so including my deposit fee and GST it came to a total of $95.50.

Which isn't too bad. My appointment was an hour I believe...it's not big but it's a bit size smaller than the size of my fist ^_^

They charge by an hourly basis and the complexity of the tattoo..if you know exactly what you want to get done then bring the picture to the store and they can give you can estimate on how much the tattoo will cost...but their minimum charge is $90...so it'll basically be $90+

Re: ideas for a tat!

^ baby_pooh82, i love the tattoo, it's so cute!!

^^ hmm and i agree with juicybrat. i think you should just get your own and not worry about your boyfriend's symbol on your body, since it will be on your body forever and all..

personally i'm designing my own tattoo. i'm 16, but i decided that once i'm done designing it, i'm gunna paste it on my wall or by my computer, since i'm always there, and see if i get bored of it LOL. sounds lame, but yeah, i'd rather have something i'll like forever, than something i'll regret.

Just to let you know, some people have a higher pain tolerance than others.. Also, some areas of your body can hurt more than others, when getting tattoos done.

Re: ideas for a tat!

I would not get a tattoo of your boyfriends name, it doesn't seem smart to me. I would get Koi Fishes. I think its so pretty, especially when you get the ink filled in. It looks amazing. But it depends, how big or how small you want it.

Of course. It's just nice to get a gauge of what other people's pain tolerances are like.
