Have you shopped at this computer place?

www.ncix.com
The prices are so cheap but I think you really have to know what you want as you wont get any service on stuff.

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

my brother has bought a few things off of ncix before. however it is important to know exactly what you are buying and all the specs of the item. you will indeed not receive much service, like you would at future shop or best buy for the item.

so yeah.. it'd be best if you did some research on what you wanna buy, or ask someone who's good with tech stuff =]

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

i agree with krazie_fuzzybuddy. but you can totally score some awesome deals there! i remember going to the grand opening of the one on west broadway. the line-up was a few blocks long and that was 3 hours before they were scheduled to open!

they'll help you out a little bit with info, but definitely not very much!

There's a store on West Broadway, and a bunch of other ones listed here...

I think I bought a monitor from them 2 years ago. I found a dead pixel after a few days, brought it back, and got a new one free of charge.

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

Everyone told me that ncix is cheaper and better than A-power. But IMO a-power knows their products better than ncix.

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

Ncix.com rules!! They have almost every product, if not in stock, in their catalog. 4 locations, I have been to all of them! They also have free or $9.99 shipping during weekly sales.

Ncix is a great site. They have shops located everywhere. Just drop by one of them if you want to check something out in person.

I think so too. You can get more information from A-power site, but if it's cheaper at NCIX why not purchase it there instead right?

I buy stuff from both A-power and NCIX.

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

I go to NCIX to buy my electronics because I'd rather be a customer to them, than to Futureshop and Best Buys. And anyways, it's way cheaper at NCIX.. so why not? Save some $. :)

Re: Have you shopped at this computer place?

great place to buy computer components, but if your going to buy big items (such as monitors) go with Futureshop. You get to return stuff at futureshop, but NCIX charges u a 15% restocking charge, not bad but still not Futureshop. Also keep in mind Futureshop is suppose to match NCIX and beat there prices by 10% difference in the price. So if your not planning to build your computer, and you arent a hardcore gamer just go to Futureshop, unless your looking for specific components which aren't avaliable at your local electronic stores.
