are these fairs for all locations or just the ones listed...b/c I notice that they dont have any in the tri-cities

I'm sure that they are accepting applications for other Vancouver locations as well. Starbucks passes along good applications to other stores if they are currently full, or if other stores are in need of people. The locations were probably chosen because they can accomodate the number of people they are expecting.

For tri-city areas, just drop by your local Starbucks and submit an application. Every one is looking these days because school starts once more and people have less hours to work.
