We've added an outdoor tent for the venue that will let us put out a ton more clothes at one time. Shorter lines! More garments! See you in a few hours!
Yeah, it really was. Maybe worse. I can't remember the exact times but I was pretty active on that thread and went the first morning, a couple of hours before it opened, and there were hundreds of people in front of me, several who had lined up either the night before, or in the wee hours of morning (like 2 or 3am).
Re: American Apparel, I'm no prude by any means, but is anyone else turned off by their semi-pornographic trashy-polaroid print ads? I'm not freaked out by nudity at all, I mean, European high fashion has a lot of it that's tasteful and beautiful, but American Apparel ads all seem so overtly sexual just for the sake of being sexual and not even attractive to look at. I swear, on the main site, in one of the pics of the opaque tights, you can see her "other lips"! And some of the positions those models are in, I'm almost staring at fallopian tubes. Really?

Ech. So I'm not alone here. I just sort of noticed it when I went on their site to try to see their stock. Well, to keep it on topic, that's my incentive to not go to the sale...having said that, I'm a sucker for good deals and nothing's over $50 so I'll probably be a hypocrite and go anyways.![]()
I know! I fell asleep on my couch and just woke up. Wait, what are you doing on here this late/early anyway?!
Went there at 10. Hundreds and hundreds of people in line. Turned around and went for breakfast instead. Not worth it!
Cool, are those your pics?
It's the most basic in casual wear, people! The crazy line-ups are beyond me. Christ!!
