It doesn't specify, but if says you have to:

Spend $75 (before taxes) and receive a free camera or t- shirt. (While supplies last, offer valid from March 20th to April 10th 2008)

It seems kind of weird.. a camera OR a t-shirt... the camera must be incredibly crappy or the t-shirt must be incredibly awesome O_O

According to the OTW magazine, from March 20-April 10th...Hunt for 3 items totalling $75 and recieve and exlcusive OTW camera .

you can choose whichever; the tee also comes in black. the camera looks a bit sketchy but it takes decent photos.
