i think by the serial number @ the side. if you are planning to buy this item, ask the person what the serial number is @ the side and picture of the case that came a long with it (if its the round thing @ the back i'm not sure because mine's hard case and its not shaped like that)

i have 2 pairs of juicy sunglasses. one of them came with a hard case and my other pair came with the case in your pics.

if you're interested i can pm you pics of my sunglasses that im selling. (its similiar to the ones you posted, 100% authentic too)
