Vancity Mytreat Visa Card.. help.
hey guys. i recently lost my mytreat visa card.. and i went on the site and it said this.

What happens if my Citizens Bank / Vancity Gift Card is lost or stolen? []
You must notify us immediately by calling the number listed on the back of your card and providing your card number and other information we request. Once you have notified us, your card may be replaced at your written request, subject to our verification of your request and a $20 replacement fee. []

i doont have the number of the card because i lost it... and we have to pay 20 dollars to get and repacement? because i have $35 ...
so i have to pay 20 dollars to get back my35$ card? o__O

can you guys tell me what it means? thanks in advance (=

it's not required but most places get you to sign anyways.
yeah that seems pretty contradictive that they want you to call with the number that is on the card when the card is lost or stolen. i could see how it would be important to remember your credit card number and information but these things are just a gift card... i got one for my birthday and have no idea what the number is on it.
i'd just call the compnay and ask them what the deal is, and see if its even really worth getting a replacement.

you still get back 15$ so i will get the card replaced if i were you. i bank with vancity, and sometimes they piss me off
