4 weeks? thats a long time,
but what do you think of the quality of the shoes out of 10? Kooty seems to like what she orders and didnt have any troubles with it at all.

Our standard handling time for orders (United States) is between 48-72 hours depending on volume and the # of items ordered. Given the nature of shoes and apparel, orders are inspected and handpacked so its not like putting an ipod into a box and mailing it! Plus, even once we ship a package out, it could be delayed because of incorrect address, no one home to sign for it, etc. We're always glad to look up an order and see if there is anything we can do to make sure you're happy with your purchase. We want you to contact us; thats the only way we're going to get better!
To address some of the other questions in this thread (and im sorry if i missed any, please feel free to ask more questions and ill get to it as soon as I can):

We carry leather and non leather goods. Our non leather goods are "vegan" (save the animals!), but we do understand that there's a market for genuine leather goods. We push our suppliers to really focus on quality and to produce the best product possible at an affordable price point. We put our products through 2 quality control checks since we do not want to send our girls anything that is of bad quality.

If you're living in Canada, we ship using UPS where we pay for customs/duties as long as you live in the major regions. I believe areas in the northwest territories, newfoundland etc, we ship using United States Postal which does not allow us to prepay customs. Canada apparently has a very high tarriff on shoes made from china which increases our shipping price.

If you reside in Canada, I would give an order approximately 2 weeks from payment to receipt. That would most likely explain Material Girl's complaint about the duration of the shipping assuming that she did purchase from us. International orders, given the cost of shipping and the "one way" nature of it, are placed through 2 separate inspections and usually take 3-5 business days for us to prepare. Canada ground shipping takes 5 business days as well. We have quite a lot of international customers and we have learned from our past mistakes. We would rather make sure our girls get exactly what they ordered, even though it might take a day or two longer. The nature of international shipping is fairly complex (customs forms, etc) so we have learned to take our time and make sure its done right the first time around.

We really try our best to reach out and communicate with our girls. We're not some mindless "company" just trying to earn a buck. We want to be able to provide the cutest, best quality products out there at affordable prices. We ship pretty much at cost and we dont roll in the price of shipping into our goods. We want to hear from our customers and especially, work with them in case there are problems. This is the best way for us to learn from our mistakes and be able to provide better service in the future!

I've ordered from cutesygirl.com quite a few times and everything from payment, customer service and the product is great. I just received my lastest shipment a few days ago. But the first two times I ordered, FedEx sent me a bill for duties/customs about a week or so after my package. So my question is, what are the major regions because I've had to pay customs twice. I'm from Vancouver by the way. Now I'm just waiting to see if another bill comes my way for my latest shipment.

I think Material Girl is right! This company sells on Ebay, under different names.
I am not saying all Ebay sellers are bad, but this vendor is very disshonest about the quality of their shoes (bought 2 pairs, rude customer service, 4 weeks shipping time!!!) I bought some shoes on Ebay before, I have 2 favorite shoe sellers, one of them is fullertonstudent and the other one is smartluxurybargain.
