if the inside is REAL fur,then you can wash it in the machine
but if it's fake,then you can't.. or else it'll be all messeed up.
and i bet the fur on the hoodie is fake? and i think the fur
is detachable..

my dad washed mine. but it didnt have fur inside. it had fur on the hood and inside the fur and it turned out fine. im guessing he machine dryed&washed it... and it turned okay.
it depends acutally. my jacket is also from AE.
from my first expierence.. my dad washed my AE jacket with fur only on the hood. and it screwed up.
even though both the jackets were both from AE, one got ruinied and the other is okay. im guessing they use different types of fur.
but what i would do.. is machine wash it.. but dry wash it?

Some of my jackets have fur on the hood too, though I don't know whether the fur are real or not. I wash them in cold water, inside a net, and quickly take them out to hang dry. After getting the jacket out from the washer, quickly use your hand to smooth the fur in one direction, and the fur should be fine...My jackets still look great after washing them...hope this helps!

my friend was also wondering how to wash the jackets with furry things INSIDE the jacket..the kind being sold @ urban behavior and etc

mm i realized that the long furs get messed up, like the inside of the hood of a talula bomber is fine, but the longer part gets messed up

You could ask your friend how she washes it, or maybe the tag will say something like cold wash and lay flat to dry? I always find that method to be the safest. The dryer can be so evil on clothes sometimes..lol

my sister had a hoodie with fur on it - it was fine washing it in the washer but dont put it in the dryer - thats what messes it up cause its fake it kinda melts a tiny bit and then peices stick together and it gets all gross lol

You should just go to the Levi's store (or call them) and ask them what the best way is to wash the jacket. Cause you can ask them if there will be any problems just doing what the tag says. Sometimes the salesperson will let you know if other people had problems tumble drying and what the best solution is. Otherwise, again just ask your friend how she washes it. Simple and effective.

i would suggest to return the fur hoodie back to your friend without washing. it's not dirty right? the fake furs usually go bad and frizzy even though u wash them with care. the last time i washed my friends pants she wanted to kill me cause they weren't supposed to go into the dryer haha

The label inside the jacket should have directions.

Machine wash should be okay, but I think it should be air dryed and not machine dry.
