Help!!

I just placed an order on forever 21, and i was on the billing page, and then i entered all the information, and it said please wait and don't refresh, after i waited, the page refreshed and said error please go back or refresh, so i don't noe if my purchase went thru or not or should i place an order again? how do i noe? ahhhhhh

i just tried to pay online, i entered my credit card number and then it was processing my order, then the page refreshed to error, and no i didn't get a order #.

check your emails . usually if you order something, they'll send you a conform notice thing to your email .

isn't there a toll free number you can call to reach their customer service to inquire about it?
yeah like rrootbear said, they usually send you a confirmation email that your order is being processed

It takes about a day or two before you get a confirmation email. If you want to stay on the safe side wait 3-4 days. The same thing happened to me once and I just logged off and waited for an email and I never got one. So it didn't go through. A few days later I placed the order again. Just give it a few days to be sure.

I don't know about Forever21 but on sites i've ordered from send a immediate "receipt" email summarizing the order you've placed.
Some send an email a couple days later to confirm that the order has been recieved/processed/and will be shipped.

if you're not in a rush to get the clothing... just wait a couple of days and check your creditcard info online.

also try to call the toll free number

I'm pretty sure the order didn't go through. That happens to me sometimes when I place orders online, so I don't think you should worry about it. Forever21 usually sends a confirmation email with your order # once you finalize the order. Better yet, you can check your online order history in your account with Forever21 and if you see no orders then the order obviously did not go through! Hope that helps.
