Spring Dresses?

I know it's early and there's snow out there, but does anyone know if there are any spring or maybe even summer dresses out yet? XD

Just some cute dresses that aren't too flowery and colourful. Something that I can wear to school =P

Non-babydoll dresses please! I like low waisted dresses... dresses that show that I have a figure~
I'm a size XS-S (0-1 in jeans/skirts) ^^

I've never really worn dresses before, so anything is fine... just no babydoll dresses, I guess. For some reason, I've seen very few babydoll dresses that I've liked.

In Metrotown, please? XD

Pictures would be nice too =]

+Not too expensive please... I guess my range would be about under $30?

Not strapless or spaghetti and not v-neck.. Here are some dresses I like:

Click the image to open in full size. Straps are so unique and cute =]

Click the image to open in full size. I want a dress like this!

Haha, they're all white-ish coloured and Asian... =P I should check out Crystal Mall, but they don't really have dressing rooms there =_=;;
I kinda want dresses that go down to my calves/ankles or some that make me look taller since I'm short X_x

For some reason, I don't like the clothes at Off The Wall. My friend likes it there so I gave it a try a lot of times (go there, and really digging in) but I've found nothing that I would wear...

i thought it was a costume store lol.
i always wonder how that store got business because their styles look like it doesn't cater to a wide demographic.

haha i know. but they're cute and interesting to look at! that type of fashion is called "gothic lolita" which is, in a way, dressing up in a costume. it's frequently found in japan in, i believe, the shibuya district.
