Question Skinny Jeans in a size 9/10?

I have a question. I just lost a little weight and now fit nicely in a Size 9. I need to buy a new wardrobe, esp. pants, since ALL my pants dont fit. I am still self concious regarding my size. I love skinny jeans but I dont know how they would look on me. I have long legs, and I recently tried the whole black leggings look, which I LOVE, but what do you think of skinny jeans? Are there any girls my size who wear skinny jeans. I also have a big bum! Dont know if they would suit me. Any opinions?
Also, are straight leg jeans and flared jeans not in style anymore?
Everytime I go shopping all i see is skinny jeans or wide leg

Help?

Re: Skinny Jeans in a size 9/10?

Congrats on the weight loss!

I also have an average frame, long legs and a big arse too; I'm a size 7 in pants, and I know I don't look good in skinnies so I only wear them tucked into boots. They make my thighs look like trunks! Lol. Plus I don't feel confident in them so I wouldn't wear it by itself. If you think you look good in them and you feel confident, then by all means go for it.

I don't care very much about trends and I still wear all denim cuts (flared, straight leg, boot cut, wide leg, etc) when I feel like it.

Great Job!

Make sure you don't go crazy on your shopping spree though! Unless you are planning on staying that size and not loosing anymore weight. Like Ko0ty mentioned... whatever you feel comfortable and confident in is great! Also make sur you pair them up well (not a really short top, or too tight of a jean)

Since I only wear my skinnies with boots, I'll wear whatever top I feel like.. from a cute t-shirt to a dressy top. Really, anything goes with denim (well maybe except denim on denim) so don't be afraid to experiment!

Re: Skinny Jeans in a size 9/10?

i also have a big ass tooo!!!!

bootleg jeans (jeans with the slightest bit of flare) will look better

or if you really want skinny, get the one that bunches on the bottom so its like the skinny jeans were too long for u but its purposely like that

i think dark wash skinnies look better then ligth washes

Re: Skinny Jeans in a size 9/10?

Any particular stores where they have good ones? I went to one store and they only had faded looking ones. Where could I find a nice dark wash??
