does this include brushes?
does this include brushes?
Can you get discount on their sephora brand box sets?
oh wow! thx for the offer, i'll think about it :)
laughter is the best medicine
Has anyone tried Sephora products? How are they?
Real, Recognize, Real
The lip glosses are gross. Eyeshadows are mediocre. That's all I know. =)
I'd like feedback on the brushes too!
i heard their liquid eye liner is good, has a really thin brush applicator
I like their eyeliners...
^I agree. The electro glitter eye liners are quite smooth. They do smudge and sometimes the glitter is overkill, but I bought them $25 for 8 so it was a good deal.
IMO, the brushes are really soft and they apply powder well :)
Interested in the Sephora foundation kit.. once I know which colour I am..
Any reviews on it? I'm not much for makeup.. but I need foundation soon.
Also, could you get the Sephora Color Play Pallette II? It's $24 on the website.. don't know the Canadian price.
Let me know. Thanks so much. :)
TBH, Sephora makeup is not all that great esp. for the price they sell them for. Their brushes are good value but everything else (eyeshadows esp) is meh...
I would go for some other m/u brand for foundation. Sephora is having a 20% off Bare Escentuals starter kits, so if you're looking into foundation, it would be a good time to buy
^ yea, that's what the SA told me when I asked about the palette. She's like "nonono, you should try this instead! The colours from sephora's aren't that pigmented" LOL IMO, the price is pretty good (like coastal scents). If you guys want I have a sephora's giftcard i'm trying to get rid of
Umm..
So what's the best foundation.. like ever? lol Any brand from Bare Escentuals (sp?) to Chanel, Dior.. whatever.
I used MAC powder foundation before because I was in MAC one day.. and they told me this was THE easiest foundation to apply.. just with a brush, which I do agree, but I'm looking for more creamy/liquid cuz it seems better? I dunno.. T_T
So yeah.. haha suggestions welcomed!
PS. Sorry for using your thread CANDY.. but when's your cutoff date? I might order that colour palette from you.
Cream/liquid works better. I don't like the Bare Escentuals that much though. My friend has it..and the difference it makes is like the Maybelline one. I'm allergic to Lancome, so no comments there. I love the Chanel ones, Clinique is pretty good too :)
Depends on what you're looking for coverage-wise, and how much time you have to put it on in the morning.
Cream and liquid are the best for full coverage, but I don't like full-coverage for everyday wear. Plus, I just always grew up with the mindset that cream/liquid will clog your pores and ruin your skin in the long run (from my dermatologist aunt). Cream/liquid takes a longer time to apply IMO. Clinique liquid foundation are good though. I also like MUFE duo-mat foundation
Powder and minerals are a good option for sheer/ light to medium coverage. It's more about layering it on if you want a fuller coverage.
