Hi I just got the purple Gatsby Moving Rubber and it feels like glue when I tried using it! Is that supposed to happen?

Try browsing around this thread:
Gatsby Rubber Wax

You only need a small amount, about a walnut sized finger of the wax; don't overdo it or it'll be make your hair too heavy. After all, you do want height to style your hair?

I also have the purple one. It's a bit more stickier in consistency than the other colors. Grey has around the same styling ability, but is more dry to work with.
