I'm planning to go to Chura, the location near/on Howe, which is the busier one to do my hair. For now, I've decided on a cut but might do more. Before I make the appt, any suggestions on which stylist to ask for?

I have been there once before and like it enough to return. The guy I had didn't speak english well and I'm pretty sure he told me that he was going back to Japan so I can't ask for him.

I would like someone that speaks english and I'm planning to leave my hair in his/her hands. I have asian, long hair and want to keep it a long-ish length. That's my only request.

If the other location is better, I'm open to going there too.

I had Yuta or Yuka, i think she was pretty good.

My favourite stylist is Aki, but she's in Japan until March 30th so I can't get my hair cut by her this time :( I'm bummed, haha. Make an appointment, like, a month in advance. I made my appointment last week and they said the earliest they could give me was March 20-something.

from what i was told during my last haircut, they only have 1 location now - the one on howe.

i called today, and the earliest appointment i could get was in early april.

I recently got my hair cut very very short last week and I LOVED it! (I never had short hair before)
The stylist I got was also YUKA - she could speak English and she's awesome!
I plan to always get my hair done from her from now on :D

Yuka has short curly hair from last month when i went. She often wears a hat. Shes so adorable.

Do you girls think Chura is the best place for haircuts? Guys and Girls? Especially guys since I'm planning to book an appointment there and ask for Yuka :)

Well i read reviews from a few guys and they all said that Chura is reasonable to go. $29 after tax, which includes shampoo and style i think?

Yup, they wash your hair and cut it too.

Anyways, I dunno, I've always had good haircuts from the stylists and Chura but I've never tried Air or Zeal.

Woohoo!! I guess I'm pretty lucky :D I just called at like 5pm and I booked a appointment for Chura on Howe and asked for Yuka. She told me there was a canceling this week for Yuka or I have to wait until April 17th or something...so I quickly took this week's appointment with Yuka :D :D :D awesome!
