Has anyone been to Zeal hair salon in Aberdeen?
I am planning to get my haircut and highlights there.. Im not sure if they are good.

Had my hair cut there twice by this Japanese girl, really nice, but an average job. She cut my bangs too short, layered my hair WAY too much (I have a lot of hair, thick, but some how sticks out everywhere, so every morning I spend at least 10 minutes trying to blow dry it downward so it doesn't stick upwards and look funny)
If you're really interested in getting haircuts there, I suggest you ask for Sam, he's a Taiwanese guy and most of my friends go for him instead, the results are fairly satisfying.

I now go to Alan in Mentor located at metrotown near TNT. The price is the same as Zeal, but I think Alan does a better job, whether for coloring, cutting, etc. My bf and I both get haircuts from him.

my sister just got her cut done there last week. her's was $40 in total and she got a nice bob... victoria beckham style. she's really happy with the results!

I was there last week also, I had my hair cut done and a highlights, it was an average job, i didnt really like my cut cuz he layered it too much, i really didnt like the service, my hairstylist was giving a haircut with 2 other customers at the same time. So he would take 5mins of me, and then 5 mins to the other giRL and 5mins to the woman. I understand that it was a very busy day but i was so scared for my hair but at the end it turned out okey I paid 195.00 inc tips, I still prefered chura tho.

i got my hair done at the one on robson. it was okay i guess but it wasnt what i wanted cuz i dont htink she spoke english too well. I had highlights and i had virgin black hair, in the beginning she told me she would bleach it once and it should be enough but in the end she bleached it twice and everytime for just over shoulder length hair is just over 90 dollars so the bill came up to around 180+tax and tip. =S

nope sorry, i just remembered she had light brown hair and she was 5 foot tall with waves on the bottom of her hair if that helps. but im sure if i worked at a hair salon i would change my hair every so often.

When I went to get my hair done at Zeal in Aberdeen I found that my cut was done really well. Considering my past experiences with getting a hair cut, I found that this time it was actually a lot better than how my cuts usually turn out. I'm planning on going there for my colour and streaks, but from what others have been saying the Robson branch is really good. I'm most likely going to go to the Aberdeen branch for my colour and streaks, but I'm still waiting to see how things will turn out.

My hair cut cost $42 in total, it's more expensive compared to my past hair cuts, but I got a lot of layering and cutting done so I think it was worth it. I liked it, so I'm going to keep going to Zeal, even if my wallet is going to suffer a bit from costs of getting a cut there.
